They are pitted, selected, and processed at temperatures between -26°C/-14°F and -32°C/-15°F and stored at temperatures below -18°C/0°F to preserve their organoleptic characteristics, texture and bright color, attributes that make them one of the most preferred fruits by consumers worldwide.
